Acuity Reservation System Walkthrough
On August 9th, 2020, we migrated to a new reservation system called Acuity. Acuity has a more streamlined reservation process and although all new programs come with a learning curve, we feel this new system will improve the booking experience overall.
Important points regarding the migration:
Your login information from the old system (Mindbody) will not transfer over to Acuity.
You will need to re-register through Acuity.
You will need to enter a credit card number the first time you book a session online.
Unused floats housed in the old system will be transferred over to Acuity. This is a manual process so please mention the fact that you have unused floats at checkout.
Acuity will not recognize codes for gift certificates sold prior to 8/9/20. Those certificates ARE STILL GOOD but you will need to present the certificate number at checkout in order to redeem.
Creating an Acuity Login
The fastest and easiest way to register for an account is to book a session. A registration option appears upon completion of your reservation. Follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Select Book Online from the menu.
Make sure you are on the Choose Appointment screen.
Select an appointment type.
For floats, select Any available in order to see the most appointment options. All three tanks are identical.
Click on the desired date, select a time, then click Continue. Sessions run on a set schedule. You are limited to one of the available start times.
Enter your contact information. You may then choose to Pay Now, or Reserve without Paying. Please note that Acuity will not recognize codes for gift certificates sold prior to 8/9/20. Those certificates ARE STILL GOOD but you will need to present the certificate number to the Fadeaway associate at checkout in order to redeem.
In accordance with our cancelation policy, you are required to enter a credit card number in order to complete your reservation. Nothing is charged to your card at this time, and you may change payment methods or upgrade to a package at the time of your session. Checking the Save this card button will eliminate the need to enter your card information every time you book a session. Check the box, then click Reserve.
On the confirmation screen, click Register for an Account.
Check the Terms of Service box, enter your desired password and click Sign up.
